今日は何年かぶりに嬉しさを感じた
ほんの些細なことではあるが、心から嬉しく思った
実は、本日ある社員に、とある業務を依頼していた
しかし、想定外の事情に見舞われた
私は、その状態に対し、予定変更をその社員に促した
すると彼は
「社長、予定通り事を運びます」との返答
ある意味、予想をしなかった返答に一瞬躊躇った
しかし、私は心の底から嬉しさと気概を感じさせてもらった
昔、そんな気概を持つ社員達の行動が嬉しく、頼もしく
自分自身にもそんな時代があったことを薄っすら思い出し
一息ぼんやり考えさせられた
本当に些細な出来事
それに向かおうとする気概
自分の中で燻り続けていたものが沸き起ころうとしている
この気概を無意味にすることなく、今後に活かさねばならない
感謝です、ありがとう。
