勉強とは、何歳になってもしなくてはならないもの
只今、学生は夏休み
内の若君も夏休みの宿題をやってる様子
早いうちに片付けてしまいたいみたいで
漢字の書き取り
本読み
算数
などなどやっている様子
私も今までに経験したことの無いあることに挑戦中（勉強）
とは言っても実社会でのことだから学校の勉強とは訳が違う
しかし、何歳になっても全てが勉強なのだと実感する
違う分野の業務に入ると、周りが見えているか？見えてないか？
ハッキリと浮かび上がってくる己の甘さ
今の自分がまだまだ未熟で経験不足なのかを思い知る
己のレベルの低さ
価値観や判断基準の曖昧さ
様々な実体験により思い知らされることばかり
いつもの業務の中での時の流れ
違う業務の中での時の流れ
もっと周りを見られなければ、井の中の蛙にも値しない
全ての現実を受け止め乗り越えていかなければいけない
日々勉強できることに感謝の心で経験を重ね
それらを深く肝に銘じ、常に、確実に前進せねば。

I feel like you could probably teach a class on how to make a great blog. This is fantastic! I have to say, what really got me was your design. You certainly know how to make your blog more than just a rant about an issue. Youve made it possible for people to connect. Good for you, because not that many people know what theyre doing.
This page seems to get a good ammount of visitors. How do you get traffic to it? It gives a nice unique twist on things. I guess having something useful or substantial to post about is the most important thing.
